A few years ago, I joined a running club.
They run every week. At first, it was 10 people. Now, each run has 100+ runners.
This simple weekly “action” gathers people and builds them an audience. It also gives them a TON of in-action content.
When I started my own journey from zero in late 2020, I ran a number of 30-day challenges and sprints. I was gathering people and guiding them to build in public. Over time, I broke out of obscurity and grew an audience.
Create an action and gather people. That’s the shortcut.
